Privacy and cookies
DexSnipe needs very little about you: your public wallet address, the snipers you build, your plan payments and the sniper wallet keys you choose to add, which are encrypted. No account, no email, no name and no advertising cookies. Analytics runs only if you allow it.
The short version
- You sign in by connecting a Solana wallet. We only read its public address. We never ask it to sign or approve anything to log you in.
- Your snipers, settings, plan and payment records are tied to that address.
- Sniper wallet private keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM the moment they reach our server and are never shown again, to you or anyone else.
- We set one cookie, a sign-in session, when you connect a wallet. Google Analytics cookies are set only after you click Accept on the cookie banner, and there are no ad trackers.
- We do not sell or rent any data, and we do not share it except where the services listed below need it to run the product.
What we store and why
| Data | Why we keep it | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Public wallet address | It is your account: snipers, plan and payments belong to it | While you use the service |
| Sniper settings | Triggers, venues, filters, buy settings and exits so the engine can run them | Until you delete the sniper |
| Sniper activity | Buys, sells and results so you can see what each sniper did | While you use the service |
| Sniper wallet keys | So the engine can sign trades from the wallet you added | Until you ask us to erase it |
| Plan orders and payments | To match your SOL transfer to your plan and show your history | Kept as payment records |
| IP address | Read per request to limit abuse; not stored with your account | Not kept |
Everything on a public blockchain is public anyway. Your plan payment and every trade a sniper makes are Solana transactions anyone can look up. We only keep our own copy so the panel can show it to you.
How sniper wallet keys are handled
Snipers trade from a separate wallet you create yourself and paste into the panel. When the key arrives, it is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it is written anywhere, and the panel never displays it again. Only the trading engine decrypts it, in memory, to sign the trades your snipers make.
It is still your wallet. You can import the same key into Phantom, Solflare or any Solana app and move funds out at any time. To have a stored key erased, ask us through support and we delete the encrypted copy. Keep only what you plan to trade in a sniper wallet and never paste the key of your main wallet.
Cookies and browser storage
| Name | Type | What it does | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| dxs_session | Cookie, first party, HttpOnly | Keeps you signed in to the panel after you connect a wallet | 12 hours |
| dexsnipe:draft | localStorage | Saves a sniper you are still editing so a reload does not lose it | Until you save or discard it |
| Wallet connection data | localStorage, set by the wallet connector | Remembers which wallet you connected last | Until you disconnect |
| dexsnipe:consent | localStorage | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics | 180 days, then we ask again |
| _ga, _ga_* | Cookie, Google Analytics, only after you accept | Counts visits and pages viewed without identifying you | Up to 2 years, removed if you reject |
None of these are used for advertising or to follow you to other sites. Analytics is off until you accept it, and Google signals and ad personalization stay off even then. You can change your choice any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, or clear everything from your browser settings; you will just need to connect your wallet again.
Services we rely on
- Reown (WalletConnect). Shows the wallet picker and connects mobile wallets. It sees your public address and the wallet you chose.
- Solana RPC providers. The engine reads the chain and sends transactions through RPC nodes. They see the transactions, as every node on Solana does.
- Jito block engine. Sniper buys and sells are sent as Jito bundles, which carry the signed transactions.
- Cloudflare. Sits in front of the site for speed and protection and sees normal request data such as IP address and browser.
- Google Analytics. Only if you accept analytics. It receives page views and basic device and browser data so we can see which pages help people. We do not send it your wallet address or keys.
- Telegram. If you write to our support bot, Telegram handles that chat under its own policy.
Deleting your data
You can delete snipers yourself in the panel, and that removes them from our store. To have everything tied to your wallet address erased, write to us from the support bot or by email with the address, and we will confirm once it is done. Payment records may be kept where we need them to answer a dispute about a plan.
We do not knowingly serve anyone under 18. If you are in the EU, UK or another place with data protection law, you can also ask for a copy of the data tied to your address or ask us to correct it.
